Sheikh/Impact is thrilled to announce our next cohort of Impact Academy will begin February 2026. Designed with the unique needs of smaller nonprofits, this workshop/training series equips fundraising professionals with the tools and strategies they need to build, grow, and strengthen their fund development programs from the inside out.

Over the course of three months, participants attend six engaging, interactive workshops with dedicated time built in to develop their fundraising toolkit.

Participants will exit the program with the skills to implement what they have learned. They will be able to:

• Critique and evaluate their organization’s budgets from a donor/funder perspective

• Create a master proposal blueprint

• Identify funding opportunities that align to their organization’s mission and needs

• Build a plan for the growth and sustainability of their organization
