Dana Kotcherlakota-Benton

Dana Kotcherlakota-Benton is a junior associate at Sheikh/Impact, where she supports the client services team with fund development planning, strategic communications and more.

Previously, she served as development coordinator at Occidental College for more than three years, managing administrative operations for the corporate and foundation relations team. Her work included impact reporting, CRM management and event planning. Prior to that, Dana held a similar role at the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, where she helped cultivate and steward institutional and legacy donors.

Kotcherlakota-Benton holds a bachelor’s degree in film from Swarthmore College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in library and information science at the University of Southern California. In her spare time, she volunteers with a local historical society.
