Christine Lai

Christine Lai is a junior associate at Sheikh Impact, where she supports clients in fund development, strategic communications and more.  

Previously, she was the grant writer at Feed and Be Fed, a San Pedro-based nonprofit that seeks to feed people in body, mind and spirit. She was also program coordinator for a school garden program. Both roles crystalized her passion for sustaining mission-aligned programs and securing funds to increase impact.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Christine earned her B.A. in Religion and minor in Politics from Oberlin College. She lives in San Pedro where she swims in the ocean year-round as a Polar Bear at Cabrillo Beach.
